Public Workshops
Naturekin workshops help you bring the outdoors into your daily life. Many of us spend most of our time inside due to work, mobility, or a busy schedule. These sessions are a practical way to find calm and get back into your body using the nature you already have nearby.
These are active sensory sessions, not lectures. We use items like houseplants, stones, or shells to practice nature connection from wherever you are. We will help you find simple ways to reset and recover.
Standard Ticket
This is our regular price for virtual sessions. It covers the cost of professional facilitation and helps us keep these experiences running. To keep our tickets as accessible as possible, we absorb all transaction fees for you.

Forest Bathing (Without the Forest)
Duration: 30 minutes | Price: Free
This is the perfect starting point if you want to bring more of the outdoors into your life but don't know where to begin. We'll look at the science behind forest bathing and nature connection. You'll learn how forest therapy is different from just taking a walk outside, and why your brain and body respond so powerfully to natural elements, even when you're indoors.
We'll also practice two simple exercises together that you can use at your desk or anywhere in your home. It's an easy, low-pressure way to see how nature connection fits into a busy life.
Nature Play for Grown Ups
Duration: 1 hour | Price: $20 CAD
In this session, you'll use your hands to play and get out of your head. You don't need to be an artist or a scientist to join us. We'll use sensory activities with things like stones, leaves, or twigs to help you find your inner child again.
You'll also learn simple strategies to keep this sense of fun going in your everyday life. There’s no right or wrong way to play here. It's an hour of practical fun that reminds us how to be present in our own bodies. You'll leave feeling refreshed and a little more connected to the world around you.
How to Start a Nature Journal: A Creative Reset
Duration: 1 hour | Price: $20 CAD
In this session, you’ll learn how to start a nature journal that’s actually fun to keep. You don’t need to be an artist or know the names of every bird and tree to do this well. We aren’t doing a science lesson. Instead, we’ll focus on the enjoyment of nature through simple writing, sketching, and observations.
It’s a quiet, creative way to document your own unique experiences with the world around you. You’ll leave with the start of a physical journal that captures how nature feels to you, not just what it looks like. We’ll also share easy ways to keep your journaling practice going whenever you need a moment of calm in your day.
Quick Nature Reset: Recharge Your Battery
Duration: 30 minutes | Price: $10 CAD
In this no-nonsense session, we'll get straight to the point. It's designed for anyone juggling a high-pressure career, a busy home life, or more likely both at once. You can join us from anywhere. Whether you're at your office desk, sitting in a park, or even in your car between appointments, this is your space to take a breath.
We've stripped away the fluff to focus on fast, effective techniques that help you recharge your battery. You'll find the mental space to reset before heading back to your desk or joining your family for the evening. It's a practical, high-impact moment to refocus before you move on with the rest of your day.

We keep it very simple. You usually only need a few natural items you likely already have nearby. This might be a houseplant, a stone, an herb, or even a piece of fruit. We will send you a short list of items to gather once you register.

It is neither. While we do some quiet reflection, these are active and sensory experiences. We use our hands and our senses to explore natural objects. It is a practical way to reset your brain without having to sit perfectly still or listen to a long presentation.
