Britt is the founder of Naturekin. With a background in project management, she is great at taking a big goal and breaking it down into small, doable steps. Instead of managing work deadlines, she is now dedicated to helping you manage your stress.
Britt started Naturekin after her own health challenges changed how she spent time outside. She knows firsthand that you don't need a distant forest to feel grounded. She will help you look at your daily life and find simple ways to bring nature in. You will leave your sessions with a clear, realistic plan to feel calmer and more connected to the world around you.

What to expect: A short 30 minute video or phone call to talk about your goals. We will look at what stops you from connecting with nature and find easy strategies to help you feel grounded.
Great for people who: Have a specific question, want quick advice they can use right away, or simply prefer a shorter conversation to get started.
What you get: You will receive 30 minutes of guidance with ideas you can try immediately. After the call, you will get a brief email summary of our conversation to help you remember the key points.

60-Minute Session
What to expect: A relaxed 60-minute video or phone call to explore your relationship with nature in depth. We will have more time to understand your routine, identify what you really need, and build a lasting plan to support your well-being.
Great for people who: Want to make a bigger change, feel stuck and need more support, or want a full set of tools and resources customized to their specific needs.
What you get: You will receive 60 minutes of dedicated support. After the call, you will get a Customized Report that includes your session summary, additional activities to try, and a curated list of tools and resources chosen just for you.

Public workshops and private guided sessions are experiential and hands on. They involve guided nature based activities designed to help you slow down, explore your senses, and connect with nature in the moment.Nature Coaching is focused on guidance, problem solving, and creating a personalized plan, while workshops and guided sessions are focused on the experience itself.

Not necessarily. Nature Coaching sessions are designed to be done anywhere, inside or outside, as long as you have phone or internet access. If you feel more comfortable or connected outdoors, that is completely fine. Please keep in mind that we may discuss personal or sensitive information, so you will want a private and safe space where you can speak openly about your needs and barriers.

Live transcription, audio only sessions, chat based communication, extra processing time, and other accessibility needs can be supported. You can indicate this in the intake form.
