About Us

What We Do

We make nature connection accessible through virtual programs and personalized coaching. Our approach is down-to-earth and practical, built on curiosity rather than ideology. We help you integrate nature into your real, everyday life, whether that is noticing sunlight through a window, a plant on your desk, or the sound of rain. We combine science-based mindfulness with practical tools to help you reduce stress, regulate your nervous system, and build resilience.

Social Enterprise

We operate as a purpose-driven social enterprise. We prioritize accessibility over profit and reinvest revenue directly into our programs to cover costs. Your participation helps support continued access for others, allowing us to stay community-focused, inclusive, and environmentally responsible.

Equity Pricing: To ensure nature connection is available to all, we offer a sliding scale program. Whether you need a free ticket for a workshop or a discounted rate for private coaching, we have spots reserved just for you. Connect with us to find a rate that works.

Ways to Give Back: If you are in a position to support others, we offer two ways to pay it forward:

  • Pay-It-Forward Tickets: Choose a slightly higher ticket price to help subsidize a spot for someone else. You’ll see this option when registered for a workshop on Eventbrite.

  • Donation for Ticket: Donate to any registered charity of your choice, send us the receipt, and receive a free workshop ticket from us. Get the details and submit your receipt today!

Our Mission

Naturekin exists to make nature connection available to everyone, including those navigating chronic illness, mobility challenges, or the pressures of modern life. We believe that as technology shapes our world, our relationship with nature must evolve too. We offer innovative ways to bring the outdoors back into your daily routine, no matter where you are or what your environment looks like.

Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Britt! I started Naturekin because I know what it feels like to be cut off from the outdoors. When health issues made getting outside difficult, I realized I had to redefine what "nature" meant for me. I learned that you don’t need a forest to feel grounded. Sometimes you just need a new way of looking at the room you’re in. I’m here to share the practical tools that helped me find that connection again.

I combined my background in technology and program design to build Naturekin. It acts as a bridge, connecting science, nature, and wellness in a practical way.
