We do not collect or store financial data; payments (if applicable) are handled through secure third-party processors.

Naturekin programs are designed for adults (18+) unless otherwise specified. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. International Participants

If you join Naturekin from outside Canada, your data may be processed and stored in Canada. By participating, you consent to this transfer, which is managed with safeguards to ensure compliance with global privacy standards.

9. Donation Receipt Information

If you choose to access a Naturekin workshop or event by making a donation to a registered charitable organization, we will collect a copy of your official donation receipt. This receipt must clearly show your first and last name, the name of the charity, the donation amount, and the receipt number or confirmation issued by the charity. You may black out any other personal information (such as address, phone number, email address, financial information, etc) before sending it to us.

We collect this information only to confirm that a valid donation was made and that you qualify for entry to the workshop or event. We will record the donation amount and the name of the charity for internal reporting so we can understand the overall impact of this initiative. We do not use this information for marketing, profiling, or any other secondary purpose.

We keep your name and the copy of your receipt for up to 30 days. After 30 days, this information is deleted from our systems.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website, with the effective date listed at the top.
