Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Naturekin, we aim to provide flexible and fair options for clients while ensuring that our time and preparation are respected. Please review the following policies before booking a session or workshop.

Payment Processing

All payments are handled securely through Stripe via Calendly for individually booked sessions (Nature Coaching, Private Guided Sessions) or Eventbrite for public workshops. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and hold your session or workshop date.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Individual Sessions (Nature Coaching, Private Guided Sessions, and Check Ins)

Refunds:

  • Full refunds must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

  • Refunds requested with fewer than 24 hours notice are not eligible for reimbursement.

Rescheduling:

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you may reschedule once at no additional cost.

  • If you cancel or miss the rescheduled session with less than 24 hours notice, the session becomes non-refundable.

No Shows:

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled session without notice, the session is non-refundable.

Workshops (Public Group Sessions)

Because workshop spaces are limited and often sell out:

  • Full refunds are available if requested 24 hours before the workshop start time.

  • Refunds requested within 24 hours are not eligible.

  • Transfers to another workshop may be offered if space allows, but cannot be guaranteed.

Custom Workshops for Organizations

Policies for corporate, non-profit, and group bookings are outlined in each contract or proposal. In general:

  • A deposit may be required to hold your date.

  • Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event may be subject to a partial or full fee. We will always outline these details clearly before confirming the booking.

If Naturekin Cancels

If Naturekin needs to cancel or reschedule a session or workshop for any reason, you will receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule at no additional cost

Your choice will always be respected.

How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

Fill out the Contact form or send Britt an email with your name, booking date, and the service you registered for. We will respond as soon as possible.
